By combining industry knowledge with proactive risk management strategies. He delivers practical solutions and long-term value for clients.
In his spare time he enjoys traveling with family playing golf & training in the gym. He is married to wife Susan & has two daughters Katherine & Sara along with son in laws Connor & Jake.
Gale Pappas, Vice President, Bookkeeper, Ext 101
I’ve been with the company for 36 years. I started by filing (when there was such a thing as paper files!), became a personal lines account manager, and currently the bookkeeper and office manager. At home, I’m a Mom to a wonderful daughter, a cat mom and longtime Cowboys fan and enjoy quilting and ballroom dancing. As I approach retirement, I’m looking forward to spending more time doing these activities and exploring new ones.

Outside of work, she is a proud mother and grandmother and loves spending time outdoors hiking and exploring nature.

Mandi St. Andrews has been part of the insurance industry since 2015 and holds licenses in all lines of insurance, with her expertise centered on commercial coverage. She leverages this strong understanding of business challenges to help owners identify risks and secure comprehensive, cost-effective solutions.
Her focus on protecting what matters most is inspired by her time spent with family, which often includes watching her son play sports and cheering him on.

I am a graduate of State University of New York at Plattsburgh and a proud dog dad to a beautiful yellow lab. When not in the office, I am spending time outdoors—whether golfing, skiing, or hiking with my dog. I am also a fan of EDM music festivals and love exploring new artists and live events.
